Here is the text of the first e-mail that Higg's sent out regarding our reunion:
Hi all,
Last night Flyroy, Terry, Janis and I met at Janis'
house to discuss our 30 year Florence Reunion. We decided that since we were planning it, it would be held in Seattle. Since early September worked so well four years ago, we thought the weekend after Labor Day
- September 6 through September 9 would be ideal. Kids are back in school. For most people, there aren't any conflicting vacation plans at that time. The weather in Seattle is beautiful this time of year, and the extra day - starting on Thursday night instead of Friday night, might give us a little extra time together.
We want to contact as many of our class as possible but we don't have good email addresses for everyone.
Below I have listed people that we don't have email addresses for, as well as those whose emails bounced when I sent out info about Paul. If you know the correct email addresses for the following people, would you please forward this message to them? Thanks
Susie Angotti Goodwin -
Susie Bard (Melina Pritel)-
Liz Bassi -
Liz Bianchi -
Erin Comfort Dobrinski -
Armond D'Inverno -
Jeff Fagen -
Gena Fenady Ryan -
Pat Gould -
Annie Hauer Blickman -
Gerry Henberger -
Mike Hollingsworth -
Lois Hughes -
Shaunna Kersten -
Amy Miller Dowell -
Joe Montague -
Karie Musgrove -
Liz Pickman -
Leo Serroul -
Becky Smith Padden -
Steve Terry
One last thing, would you please respond to this email by sending me your mailing address? We plan to send out invitations via the mail and having correct mailing addresses will help immensely.
Thanks,

Janis, Thanks for hosting the reunion meeting last night. It was fun to get together with old friends (oh I forgot, you're a young chick still in your 40's)
Today I got on google and started working on the lost list
I found Becky Smith Paden and talked with her. She said she'd like to come. I've sent her info on to Higgins,
I also found Amy Miller Dowell and called her. Lo and behold she had just got of the phone with Higgins. She says she'd love to come.
I left a message on Pat Gould Menke's phone but haven't made contact yet.
Steve Terry is going to be a problem finding. Anyone have any ideas?
How about for Karie Musgrove or Liz Bianchi?

Here is the text of Higg's most recent e-mail about the reunion:
Hi All,
Please confirm whether or not you'll be able to attend our reunion in Seattle over the weekend of September 7-9. Remember, this is the weekend after Labor Day weekend.
We have reserved a block of discounted hotel rooms at:
The Silver Cloud Inn on Lake Union
1150 Fairview Avenue North
Seattle, WA 98109
Room rates are $159 + tax per night for a single room with a king-size bed. Rates include breakfast, parking and a shuttle service to/from downtown Seattle. Double rooms are $169 + tax per night. You also have the option of upgrading to a suite or a room with a view for a few $$ more. This is a nice hotel, located on Lake Union. The room where we are going to have our Friday night party has a beautiful view of the water.
Booking must be done by phone reservation - sorry about that, apparently their system is a little antiquated. Book under "Gonzaga-in-Florence"
September 7 and September 8, 2007
The phone reservation number is: 1-800-330-5812.
The salesperson at the Silver Cloud stressed the fact that this will be a busy time, with several conventions going on in Seattle. Please book your reservations ASAP so we our guaranteed to have rooms.
They will only hold our block of rooms until July 15.
If you would like to check out the hotel, here is a link to the Silver Cloud's website.

We will send out a link to our reunion website sometime next week. The website will have pictures from our prior reunion as well as info on our upcoming reunion. By the way, if you have any pictures you would like to add to our slideshow, please forward them to Laurie Folden Heinz (lalehe@comcast.net).
It looks like the cost of the reunion will be $135 per person. We are planning a Friday evening party in one of the hotel's conference rooms. A picnic is planned for Saturday afternoon - after a morning jaunt into Pike Place Market to give everyone a chance to buy the kind of lunch food you used to eat when we were in Florence. Saturday night's dinner will take place in an Italian restuarant in downtown Seattle.
That's all for now! More next week. Don't forget to confirm via email that you are coming, and please call the Silver Cloud to make your reservation at your earliest convenience.
Ciao,
Steve Higgins
PS - See attachment, Flyroy says "You will be coming!"
